If this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can target 1 "Windwitch - Winter Bell" and 1 Level 4 or lower "Windwitch" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon them. You can only use each effect of "Windwitch - Crystal Bell" once per turn.

This card is a corrupted upgraded Fusion version of Windwitch - Winter Bell.
Windwitch - Diamond Bell is this card's uncorrupted Synchro counterpart, with both sharing the same level and Atk/Def.
Interestingly enough, it seems to share similarities to Starving Venom Fusion Dragon as both are Level 8 Fusion Monsters with 2800 ATK and share the ability to target copy another monsters' name and effects (though the former targets one in the Graveyard, while the latter does so from the Field).
Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom has both monsters' combined effect and also shares the same attack stat.
This card can be seen as an opposite to Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon due to their naming theme, as well as this card being used against the latter at one point in the anime. Yugo notes this; declaring that he'll smash the fake crystal bell with his real crystal wings.
When this monster is equipped with Fusion Parasite in the anime, the glyph on her body turns red.
