OCG Rulings
If a face-down "Triple Star Trion" is Tributed for a Tribute Summon or Set and sent to the Graveyard, then you can activate its effect during the End Phase.: Effect Monster > Triple Star Trion
If "Triple Star Trion" is Tributed for the Set of a Level 7+ monster, then you can activate its effect during the End Phase.
If you Tribute multiple copies of "Triple Star Trion" for a Tribute Summon, then during the End Phase you can activate each copy's effect. The effects do not activate in the same Chain - the effects activate one at a time.: When you Tribute Summon or Set by Tributing multiple copies of "Triple Star Trion", can each effect be activated during the End Phase?
If the Tribute Summon is negated by "Solemn Judgment", then you cannot activate the effect of "Triple Star Trion".: If "Triple Star Trion" is Tributed for a Tribute Summon which is negated, then can you activate its effect during the End Phase?
