This card is the Toon counterpart of Dark Magician Girl, as well as the Dark Magician Girl counterpart to Toon Dark Magician.
At the time of this card’s release, it had one of the longest card texts in the game, clocking it at 120 words.
This card is the only Toon monster that is capable of attacking on the same turn it is Summoned under normal conditions and at the time, was the only Toon monster that didn’t need a 500 LP cost to attack. This unintentionally made it one of the best monsters of the archetype.
These archetype conditions were forced to be dropped because of the extremely long text, as it already had to cover the other archetype conditions and the original effect of “Dark Magician Girl”, which was gaining 300 ATK for each “Dark Magician” and “Magician of Black Chaos” in the GY. The only conditions that could fit in the text box were not being able to be Normal Summoned/Set. Having to be Special Summoned while Toon World is on your field. Being able to Special Summon this monster from your hand, but having to tribute 1 monster to summon. When Toon World on the field is destroyed, this card also being destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target.

This card appears in the credits of Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dawn of Destiny, however it is unobtainable in the game even through cheating methods.
In the English version of Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2007, the Hexagram on the chest of Toon Dark Magician Girl wasn't removed.
