If "The Transmigration Prophecy" is chained to "Miracle Fertilizer" and removes the targeted Plant-Type monster from the Graveyard, then the second part of "Miracle Fertilizer"s effect is not applied and you can Normal Summon or Set this turn.: When "Miracle Fertilizer" doesn't Summon a monster, is it possible to still Normal Summon and Set?

If an effect like "The Transmigration Prophecy" or "Disappear" is Chained to the effect of "Ally of Justice Cycle Reader" so that one of the targeted LIGHT monsters is not in the Graveyard when resolving the effect of "Ally of Justice Cycle Reader
