Card Trivia

This monster’s name, 'Arrival', may be corrupted portmanteau of Arrival, Ai and Rival, referring to Ai became a new rival for Playmaker in the third season of Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS.
This card is the first Link-6 monster.
In the anime, this card is the first Cyberse monster with ? ATK.
This card may be a reference to the following monsters used during the final Duel between Bohman and Playmaker and Ai, which ultimately resulted in his defeat and demise: Chimera Hydradrive Dragrid, Perfectron Hydradrive Dragon, and Firewall Dragon Darkfluid.
In the anime, Ai explains that he enhanced Bohman's program to Summon this card.
These monsters were Summoned by combining the power of the six Ignis.
The colors of this card's armor are similar to the colors of Darkfluid's armor, as both cards were Summoned using the Ignis' power.
In the anime, this card Link Summoned by using @Ignister monsters with different Attributes is a reference to how Bohman used five Hydradrive Link Monsters of different Attributes to Link Summon Dragrid using the power of five of the six Ignis he absorbed.
However, in the anime, Bohman Summoned Dragrid by combining the power of five out of the six Ignis. It wasn't until later in the Duel that Bohman absorbed Ai - the last of the six Ignis - and used the power of the six Ignis to Summon Perfectron, the same way Ai used the power of the six Ignis (each represented by the @Ignister boss monsters) to Summon this card.
This card's anime effect of using counters is a reference to Dragrid, Perfectron, and Darkfluid as they all also used counters for their effects. However, this card's ATK-gaining effect is a reference to both Perfectron and Darkfluid, as both cards gain ATK multiplied by the number of counters they have.
In this sense, Darkfluid is the only monster mentioned here with a higher original ATK than this card and Perfectron that uses both its ATK-gaining and counter effects.
In the anime, this card can be comparable to CXyz Barian Hope. Much like how Ai created his card to represent his connection to the other Ignis, Nash created CXyz Barian Hope to represent his connection to the Seven Barian Emperors.
It is also comparable to Supreme King Z-ARC due to how the former's Link Materials consist of six Cyberse monsters (two Link and one Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, and Xyz each), while the latter's Fusion Materials consist of four Dragon monsters (one Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, and Pendulum each).
This card has counterpart with Firewall Dragon Singularity:
Both are Link 6 monsters
Both have opposite Link Arrows
