This card cannot be activated if you have no cards in your Deck.

After this card is revealed during your normal draw, if this card is Set in your Spell & Trap Zone, you cannot activate it.

After this card is revealed during your normal draw, if your Main Phase 1 ends and this card is not activated, this card is no longer revealed. (You cannot activate this card.)

To activate this card, you must draw it for your normal draw while your opponent controls 3 or more monsters (counting both face-up and face-down monsters) and you control no cards (Monster, Spell and Trap Cards), then reveal it. (It remains revealed in your hand.) During your Main Phase 1 of that turn, you can activate it like any other Normal Spell Card.: How can you activate "Symbol of Friendship"?
