In the TCG, this card was Forbidden in May 2018. This is most likely because it was an important card of the Pendulum Magician Deck, and of the combo it had with Lyrilusc - Independent Nightingale (which is easily summonable by Instant Fusion).
This card is a Supreme King Dragon counterpart of Starving Venom Fusion Dragon.
In the anime, this card is the only Supreme King Dragon counterpart to one of the Four Dimension Dragons to not be Summoned by its own effect. Because of this, it is also the only counterpart to not have a Summon chant spoken onscreen as well as the only Supreme King Dragon not to have its own main focus episode, likely due to the Fusion Monster users Sora Perse and Aster Phoenix facing Z-ARC first and only losing when Supreme King Z-ARC is summoned.
This card is shown to have an extra mouth on its chest in the anime (when it activates its effect-stealing effect and when it attacks).
This card's anime incarnation is the first Fusion Monster that can Fusion Summon itself.
