The text "You can Tribute Summon this card in face-up Attack Position by Tributing 1 Dinosaur-Type monster." of "Super-Ancient Dinobeast" is not treated as the effect of an Effect Monster.: Effect Monster > Super-Ancient Dinobeast
The effect of "Super-Ancient Dinobeast" can only be activated if "Super-Ancient Dinobeast" is face-up on the field when the Dinosaur-Type monster is Special Summoned. Thus, you cannot activate the effect of "Super-Ancient Dinobeast" when it is Special Summoned from the Graveyard. Also, if "Super-Ancient Dinobeast" and another Dinosaur-Type monster are both Special Summoned from the Graveyard simultaneously, then you cannot activate the effect of that "Super-Ancient Dinobeast".: If "Super-Ancient Dinobeast" is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, then can its effects which lets you draw be activated?
