This monster is the Zefra version of Evilswarm Kerykeion.
However, this monster's Level, ATK, DEF and Type more closely match Constellar Rasalhague, Kerykeion's original form. This shows another connection between it and the Shaddolls, since its staff appears in the artwork of Curse of the Shadow Prison.
This monster's original Shaddoll version is Qadshaddoll Keios.
This card is named after the nāga, a deity or class of entity or being, taking the form of a very great snake. This connects to the fact that Rasalhague is based on the Ophiuchus, the serpent-bearer.
This card also bears the golden snake like objects/entities that were last found coiled around the body of El Shaddoll Shekhinaga before its transformation into El Shaddoll Anoyatyllis. These golden snake-like objects/entities most likely originated from Rasalhague/Kerykeion's own staff as seen in the artwork of Curse of the Shadow Prison
This may also explain why this version of Kerykeion does not bear a staff.

Given the events that had taken place so far, from a Christian perspective, this reference might be taken further as this monster can be compared to Jesus.
Kerykeion having ascended after defeating Sophia, Goddess of Rebirth is similar to Jesus.
The Book of Revelations tell of His Second Coming, which Kerykeion did during the war with the Infernoids. Furthermore the Japanese names of the Infernoid monsters are based on Biblical demons, further strengthening this connection.

The "You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Shaddoll" or "Zefra" monsters. This effect cannot be negated." effect does not start a Chain Link.: Shaddoll Zefranaga
While the Pendulum Effect of "Shaddoll Zefranaga" is being applied, monsters other than "Shaddoll" or "Zefra" monsters can still be Special Summoned if they are not Pendulum Summoned.
"Shaddoll Zefranaga" is treated as a "Shaddoll" and "Zefra" monster.
The "If this card is Pendulum Summoned, or if this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 card in either player's Pendulum Zone; return it to the hand. You must control a "Zefra" card in your Pendulum Zone to activate and to resolve this effect." effect is a Trigger Effect that is activated from the field or Graveyard. (It targets 1 card in either player's Pendulum Zone. It can be activated during the Damage Step.)
This effect can be activated if "Shaddoll Zefranaga" is sent to the Graveyard from the hand or Deck.
You can only use this effect of "Shaddoll Zefranaga" once per turn. If the "if this card is sent to the Graveyard" effect was activated, you cannot activate the "If this card is Pendulum Summoned" effect during the same turn.
You must control a "Zefra" card in your Pendulum Zone to activate and to resolve this effect.
