This monster is based on Liu Bei (courtesy name: Xuande), from the historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, imperial kingsman, he would found the Shu and become it's First Ruler during the Three Kingdoms Period. Fittingly, since he's a descendant from the Imperial family he has both long ears (A known trait of both him and the Liu clan, the clan of the Imperial family) and a dragon motif.
