Card Trivia

 The Level 4 Normal Monster's artwork is a silhouette of Winged Minion, despite Winged Minion being a Level 2 Effect Monster.
The format of said card is the old OCG monster card format, where ATK and DEF are listed to the right of the effect text rather than below.
Despite being a Trap Card, the artwork shows this being activated from the hand, which could imply that the effect of Makyura the Destructor was applied that turn (the only card capable of activating Trap Cards from the hand, at the time this card was shown in the anime).

If you have no Level 4 monsters in your hand, then you cannot activate "Relieve Monster".: Can "Relieve Monster" be activated if there are no Level 4 monsters in the hand?

You can target a Token Monster. The Token Monster will disappear when it is removed from the field, but you will still be able to Special Summon a Level 4 monster from your hand.: Can "Relieve Monster" target a Token Monster?

If you return a Level 4 monster to your hand, then you can Special Summon it back to the field.: With the effect of "Relieve Monster", can you Special Summon the monster that you just returned to your hand?

If you use "Relieve Monster" during your opponent's turn, then the number of monsters on your side of the field changes, so a Replay occurs and your opponent select the attack target a second time.: If you use "Relieve Monster" during your opponent's Battle Phase, then does a Replay occur?

If "Relieve Monster" resolves and Special Summons a monster, then "Torrential Tribute" or "Bottomless Trap Hole" can be activated at this time. The Replay occurs after resolving those effects.: Can something like "Torrential Tribute" be activated if "Relieve Monster" Special Summon a monster?

If a monster's Level becomes 4 by the effect of something like "Cost Down" or "A Legendary Ocean", then you can use the effect of "Relieve Monster" to Special Summon it to the field.: With the effect of "Relieve Monster", can you Special Summon a monster whose Level is 4 because of some effect?
