Raviel is also the only Sacred Beast to have an evolved form that isn't a Fusion Monster.
This card is the first Sacred Beast monster with a less strict Summoning condition, instead, similar to its anime counterpart's conditions.
This card's effect is based on the anime effect of Obelisk the Tormentor, the basis for the design of Raviel. This card grants Raviel the ability to attack all enemy monsters and doubles its ATK, an increase of 4000 presuming Raviel's ATK is at its original value; the effect of Obelisk allowed it to destroy all enemy monsters and inflict 4000 damage to the opponent's Life Points.
