This card's effect is similar to Photon Spear, as they both have a spear-theme and allow Piercing damage, but this card isn't a Equip Spell Card and is able to give ATK.
This card is an upgraded version of Rush Recklessly, because although it is limited to being used for the Photon it also includes Piercing and Spell/Trap Destruction.
As real-life tridents have three prongs, this card has a fittingly three-pronged effect bundle: an ATK augmentation, Piercing damage and Spell/Trap destruction.
