Card Trivia

Kingyo sukui or goldfish scooping is a children's game in Japan, in which for some change you can scoop and get your own goldfish with a paper poi scooper. Here the nominal verb sukui (scooping) is humorously spelled 救い (saving; rescuing), a homophonous verb. The card effect whereby you scoop the top card of your Deck references this game, although it relies on skill and good judgment, which if you don't have, you may end up losing your card like the goblin boy losing his fish because of the torn poi in the artwork.
Goblin of Greed, Goblin Calligrapher and the goblin kids from Token Celebrations appear in this card's artwork.
The young goblin is wearing a mask based on Super Quantum Red Layer.
