Archfiend Zombie-Skull: If monsters are being treated as Zombies by “DNA Surgery” and you attempt to Summon a 2nd copy of “Gravekeeper’s Chief” while you already control one, it will be destroyed because this is not considered to be a card effect.

OCG Rulings

When a monster like "Gravekeeper's Chief" is destroyed because you can only control one copy of "Gravekeeper's Chief", it is not treated as being destroyed by a card effect. When "Archfiend Zombie-Skull" and "DNA Surgery" declaring "Zombie" are on the field, if a second "Gravekeeper's Chief" is flipped face-up, then it will still be destroyed.: When a second "Gravekeeper's Chief" is flipped while "Archfiend Zombie-Skull" is on the field, is it destroyed?

If you control "Gravekeeper's Chief", then you may activate the effect of "Hundred Eyes Dragon" by removing from play a copy of "Gravekeeper's Chief" in your Graveyard. However, when resolving the effect, the name of "Hundred Eyes Dragon" becomes "Gravekeeper's Chief", so "Hundred Eyes Dragon

Previously Official Rulings

You can use the effect of "
Gravekeeper’s Chief" to Special Summon the same monster you Tributed to Summon "Gravekeeper’s Chief".

If you Set, Flip Summon, or Special Summon "Gravekeeper’s Chief", its Special Summoning effect is not activated.

If you have "Gravekeeper’s Chief" and "Necrovalley" on the field, you can use "Monster Reborn", "Premature Burial", "Call of the Haunted", etc. to revive monsters from your Graveyard. Also, if you have "Gravekeeper's Chief" on the field, your opponent can use "Monster Reborn" on monsters in your Graveyard.

You cannot activate "The Shallow Grave" while "Necrovalley" is active, even if you control "Gravekeeper’s Chief", because your opponent cannot Special Summon a monster from his Graveyard.

If "Necrovalley" is on the field, and both players control a "Gravekeeper’s Chief", then the Flip Effect of "Fiber Jar" can resolve normally, but if neither, or only 1, player has "Gravekeeper’s Chief", then the Flip Effect of "Fiber Jar" disappears.
