This card targets 1 or more face-down Defense Position monsters you control. (It does not target the opponent's monsters that will be flipped face-down.): Ghostrick Panic
"Ghostrick Panic" cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
The Trigger Effect of Flip monsters and the "If this card is flipped face-up" effect of monsters that were flipped face-up by "Ghostrick Panic" do activate.
"change them to face-up Defense Position" and "change up to that many face-up monsters your opponent controls to face-down Defense Position (min. 1)." are considered to happen simultaneously.
Even if your opponent does not control any face-up monster, "Ghostrick Panic" can still be activated. The targeted monster is changed to face-up Defense Position.: If your opponent does not control any face-up monster, can "Ghostrick Panic" be activated?
