This effect targets the "Fortune Lady" monster in your Graveyard.: Stardust Overdrive Sneak Peek -- Card Rulings (Version 1.0)
If a "Fortune Lady" monster you control battles another monster and both are destroyed, you cannot activate the effect of "Fortune Lady Dark".
If "Fortune Lady Dark" is not face-up when a "Fortune Lady" monster you control destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you cannot activate this effect.
If the "Fortune Lady" monster that destroys an opponent's monster by battle is not face-up when the monster is sent to the Graveyard, you cannot activate this effect.
Time Passage: If you activate "Time Passage" targeting your Level 5 "Fortune Lady Dark", and then reduce it by 3 for the effect of "Solitaire Magician", it's Level would become 2 during the End Phase (5 + 3 - 3 - 3 = 2).

The effect of "Fortune Lady Dark" which Special Summons a "Fortune Lady" monster targets one "Fortune Lady" monster in your Graveyard.: Effect Monster > Fortune Lady Dark
While you control "Fortune Lady Dark" and another "Fortune Lady" monster, if the other "Fortune Lady" monster attacks a face-down "Desertapir" and the attacking "Fortune Lady" monster is flipped face-down, then the effect of "Fortune Lady Dark" will not activate. Also, if "Fortune Lady Dark" is no longer face-up on the field - such as if "Desertapir" flipped "Fortune Lady Dark" face-down instead - then you cannot activate its effect.: If "Fortune Lady Dark" is not face-up on the field when the monster which was destroyed by battle is sent to the Graveyard, then will its effect activate?
You can activate the effect of "Fortune Lady Dark" even when a monster which you own but which your opponent controls is destroyed by battle and sent to your Graveyard.: Can the effect of "Fortune Lady Dark" be activated when you destroy your own monster which is on the opponent's side of the field?
While "Fortune Lady Dark" is on the field, if a "Fortune Lady" monster destroys a monster by battle but it is not on the field when the effect of "Fortune Lady Dark" would activate, then the effect of "Fortune Lady Dark" does not activate. Thus, if a "Fortune Lady" monster battles with a monster with equal ATK and both monsters are destroyed by battle, then you cannot activate the effect of "Fortune Lady Dark".: While "Fortune Lady Dark" is on the field, can its effect be activated if another "Fortune Lady" monster is destroyed by battle?
