This card can only be activated during damage calculation when two monsters battle each other.: Forbidden Scripture

This card can also be activated when two Normal Monsters battle each other or when two monsters whose original ATK and DEF have not been modified battle each other.

This card can be activated even if there are no other face-up cards on the field other than the two battling monsters.

The effect of this card stops applying once the Damage Step in which it was activated is over and you return to the Battle Step. (The effects of cards negated by this effect are no longer negated.)

This effect does not negate effects that activate in the Graveyard.

If "Forbidden Scripture" is activated in a chain to the effect of "Bujingi Crane" or if the effect of "Bujingi Crane" is chained to the activation of "Forbidden Scripture", in either of those scenarios, since damage calculation will be performed while having applied the effect of "Forbidden Scripture", damage calculation is performed using the original ATK and DEF of the battling monsters. (The "double its original ATK" effect of "Bujingi Crane" is applied, but damage calculation is not performed using that value.): If "Forbidden Scripture" and the effect of "Bujingi Crane" are activated during damage calculation, which values are used for damage calculation?
