Cyborg Doctor: If you Tribute “Elemental Mistress Doriado” that is being treated as a Tuner to activate the effect of “Cyborg Doctor,” you can Special Summon a LIGHT, EARTH, WIND, FIRE, or WATER-Attribute monster from your Graveyard.

Hydro Genex: You can use monsters like "Elemental Mistress Doriado" that are treated as WATER monsters as Synchro Material Monsters for "Hydro Genex".

You can use "Elemental Mistress Doriado" as a Synchro Material Monster for a Synchro Monster which requires Monsters of a specific Attribute (like "Hydro Genex").: When Synchro Summoning "Hydro Genex", can you use a monster with multiple Attributes as a Synchro Material Monster?

"Elemental Mistress Doriado" will always be sent to the Graveyard by "Gozen Match". However, since she only has one Attribute while in the hand/Graveyard or while face-down on the field, she can be still be Special/Flip Summoned (however, she will be immediately be sent to the Graveyard).: With "Gozen Match", will monsters with multiple Attributes like "Elemental Mistress Doriado" be sent to the Graveyard?

The Attribute and Level of the monster Tributed to activate the effect of "Cyborg Doctor" are checked while the monster is on the field. Previously Official Rulings

The effect of "Elemental Mistress Doriado" is a Continuous Effect, and it is only applied while she's face-up on the field.

You can activate "Fuh-Rin-Ka-Zan" if "Elemental Mistress Doriado" is face-up on the field (no other monsters are required).

"Elemental Burst" requires 4 Tributes. A face-up "Elemental Mistress Doriado" can be used as 1 of the 4, but you will still need to Tribute 3 other monsters of the appropriate Attributes.

If "Scroll of Bewitchment" or "DNA Transplant" changes the Attribute of "Elemental Mistress Doriado", her Attribute becomes that Attribute only. (Her effect is not applied.)
