Card Trivia

This monster is the cover card for both Cybernetic Revolution and Dark Revelation Volume 4.
In the anime version of GX, this monster is the signature card of Zane Truesdale.
It is later placed under the ownership of his younger brother, Syrus Truesdale.
This monster appears in the artwork of Cyber Network, Cybernetic Revolution, Super Strident Blaze, and Fusion Buster.
This card's DEF is equal to the ATK of Cyber Twin Dragon much like the DEF of Cyber Twin Dragon is equal to the ATK of Cyber Dragon.
The three Cyber Dragons fused in this card have different head designs in the artworks of this card.
The head on the left bears a resemblance to Proto-Cyber Dragon, while the head on the right looks similar to that of Cyber Dragon Zwei.
This monster's appearance may be based on Mecha-King Ghidorah.
This monster is the counterpart of Cyber Eternity Dragon.
This is supported by having the reverse of Cyber Eternity Dragon's ATK and DEF.
This card and Cyber Eternity Dragon share the same Type, Level and Attribute.
Both monsters are Fusion Monsters.
Additionally, End would refer to the end of the duel due to Cyber End Dragon's high ATK, while Eternity would refer to Cyber Eternity Dragon's high DEF serving as a wall which would extend the duration of the duel.
While Cyber End Dragon explicitly requires three Cyber Dragons for its Fusion Summon, Cyber Eternity Dragon only requires at least one Cyber Dragon and two other Machine monsters of any choice to be Fusion Summoned.
This monster has a Malefic counterpart, Malefic Cyber End Dragon.
This could be considered the GX series' incarnation of Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, succeeded by Red Nova Dragon in 5D's and Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon in ZEXAL.
In fact some English fans thought that this was a Metal counterpart of said dragon with Metalmorph equipped by seeing GX
The max ATK this monster can have for a single turn without Equip Spell Cards is 64000 by using Power Bond and three Limiter Removal.

Rulings

OCG Rulings

"A Fusion Summon of this card can only be done with the above Fusion Material Monsters." is not treated as the effect of a monster.: Cyber End Dragon

When Fusion Summoning "Cyber End Dragon", you cannot apply the effect of "King of the Swamp".

The "If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent." effect is a Continuous Effect.

You can use the effect of a card like "Metamorphosis", "Cyber-Stein" or "Summoner of Illusions" to Special Summon a monster with the text "A Fusion Summon of this card can only be done with the above Fusion Material Monsters.", such as "Cyber End Dragon" or "Cyber Twin Dragon".: Can you use the effect of a card like "Cyber-Stein" to Special Summon "Cyber End Dragon"?

If "Proto-Cyber Dragon" is face-up on the field and has its name treated as "Cyber Dragon", then you can use it as a Fusion Material for "Cyber Twin Dragon" or "Cyber End Dragon

Previously Official Rulings

You can
Special Summon "Cyber End Dragon" with "Cyber-Stein" or "Metamorphosis".

Mentions in Other Rulings

Power Bond: The ATK bonus for "Power Bond" is not a fixed number. It is a bonus equal to the original ATK. So if the original ATK changes, so does the bonus from "Power Bond". For example, if you equip the Fusion Monster with "Megamorph" to change the original ATK, the bonus ATK for "Power Bond" adjusts so that the bonus is equal to the new original ATK. For example, if you Summon "Cyber End Dragon" and then equip it with "Megamorph" while your Life Points are lower, its original ATK will become 8000, so it gains an additional 8000 ATK from "Power Bond" for 16000 ATK total.
