The "When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Chronomaly" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Chronomaly Nebra Disk"." effect is a Trigger Effect. (This effect does not target.): Chronomaly Nebra Disk

The "If this card is in the Graveyard and all monsters you control are "Chronomaly" monsters (min. 1): You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position." effect is an Ignition Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (This effect does not target.)

During the turn in which you have already activated the effect of a card other than a "Chronomaly" card, the "You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position." effect cannot be activated. If the effect of a card other than a "Chronomaly" card is activated but its activation is negated, then the "You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position." effect can be activated that turn. (However, if only the effect is negated and not the activation, then the "You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position." effect cannot be activated that turn.): During the turn in which a player has already activated the effect of a card other than a "Chronomaly" card, can they activate the effect of "Chronomaly Nebra Disk" that Special Summons it from the Graveyard?

The "You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position." effect can only be activated if this card is in the Graveyard and you only control "Chronomaly" monsters. Therefore, if you control a face-down monster, this effect cannot be activated. Furthermore, when the effect resolves, even if you control a monster that is not a "Chronomaly" monster, the effect is applied normally.: Can the effect of "Chronomaly Nebra Disk" that activates from the Graveyard be activated if you control a face-down monster?
