Mentions in Other Rulings

Morphtronic Forcefield: You can only chain “Morphtronic Forcefield” to a card that destroys a “Morphtronic” monster at resolution, not to a card that will destroy one in the future. So you cannot chain it to “Ekibyo Drakmord”, “Blind Destruction”, or “Needle Wall”.

OCG Rulings

The activation of only the card "Blind Destruction" can be performed at any time, except during the Damage Step.: Blind Destruction

The effect "Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: Roll a six-sided die" makes a Chain Link. (It does not target.)

As the effect resolution of "Blind Destruction", roll a die, then depending on the result apply "If the result is 1-5, destroy all monsters on the field with the same Level as the number rolled" or "If it is 6, destroy all Level 6 and higher monsters on the field."

If the card "Blind Destruction" is activated during the Standby Phase, its effect can be activated in the same Chain Link as the activation of the card.

If "Blind Destruction" is face-up in the Spell & Trap Zone, the effect activates during each of your Standby Phases, and makes a Chain Link.

Mentions in Other Rulings

Stardust Dragon: The effect of "Stardust Dragon" cannot be activated in Chain to the activation of an effect that may not destroy a card(s) depending on the result of the coin toss or die roll, such as "Time Wizard", "Barrel Dragon", "Blowback Dragon", "Blind Destruction", "Sand Gambler", "Dangerous Machine Type-6", "Snipe Hunter", "Gambler of Legend", and "Twin-Barrel Dragon". However, if there are monsters on each player's field when the effect of "Time Wizard" is activated, because cards on the field will be destroyed regardless of the result of the coin toss, the effect of "Stardust Dragon" can be activated in Chain.: Can "Stardust Dragon" be activated in Chain to an effect that depends on a coin toss or die roll when it resolves to determine whether it destroys cards on the field?

Morphtronic Forcefield: "Morphtronic Forcefield" cannot be activated in Chain to the activation of a Spell/Trap Card for which it is undetermined whether or not it will destroy a "Morphtronic" monster when it is activated. Consequently, it cannot be activated in Chain to "Needle Wall" or "Blind Destruction

Previously Official Rulings

Rolling a die is not optional, you must roll one each of your Standby Phases. If you have two copies of "Blind Destruction" active on the field you roll two dice each of your Standby Phases.
