It can also be considered the effect version of Blackwing Armor Master, as it's immune to effect destruction and places Wedge Counters on monsters that activated their effect, where Blackwing Armor Master is immune to battle destruction and places Wedge Counters on monsters that battle it.
While Blackwing monsters usually use one attack type, long or short ranged, Blackwing Full Armor Master uses both. Therefore, he is the only Blackwing using two different types of weapon, whereas Blackwing Armor Master is the only Blackwing Synchro Monster not showing any kind of weapon in its artwork.
