Card Trivia

The monsters pictured on this card are Irou, Kamon, Yariza, and Nisashi.
This card currently has the largest Life Point cost of any card to use (same as The Winged Dragon of Ra), barring cards like Cyber-Stein that have a fixed Life Point cost.
This card may indicate that Irou, Kamon, Yariza, and Nisashi all sacrificed themselves for their friends. Considering all original Six Samurai monster have the effect of saving a comrade at their own expense.

The effect does not target.: Backs to the Wall

Paying LP so that the player's LP becomes 100 is a cost to activate "Backs to the Wall".

It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.

When the player's LP is 100 or less, "Backs to the Wall" cannot be activated. Also, when there are no appropriate "Six Samurai" monsters in the player's Graveyard to Special Summon, "Backs to the Wall" cannot be activated.

Monsters Special Summoned by the effect of "Backs to the Wall" must be "Six Samurai" monsters in your Graveyard that do not have the same name as a card(s) on the field. For example, if there is already a face-up "The Six Samurai - Irou" in the opponent's Monster Zone: Can a "Six Samurai" monster be Special Summoned by "Backs to the Wall" that has the same name as a monster on the opponent's field?
