Suppose "Beast King Barbaros" is Summoned without Tribute (1900 ATK), and then has its ATK halved by the effect of "Armored Bee" (to 950 ATK). If "Skill Drain" is activated during the same turn, then the ATK of "Beast King Barbaros" will remain at 950, the halved value it became by the effect of "Armored Bee".: If "Skill Drain" is activated after an ATK is halved by the effect of "Armored Bee", then what does the value become?
