This is a Trigger Effect which activates after Damage Calculation, at the same time that "When this card inflicts Battle Damage" effects activate.: Effect Monster > Ally of Justice Nullfier

If "Ally of Justice Nullfier" negates a monster's effect and then the monster is flipped face-down by "Book of Moon", then the monster's effect is no longer negated.: When a monster whose effect has been negated by "Ally of Justice Nullfier" is flipped face-down, is the monster's effect applied again?
"Ally of Justice Nullfier" also negates effects which activate in the Graveyard.
