Dla niektórych jest to rzecz oczywista, dla niektórych dziwna. Jedno jest pewne - jest to informacja stosunkowo nowa (no dobra, ruling ma pół roku, ale nikt nie raczył się nim zainteresować).

Wcześniej nie mieliśmy na ten temat klarownej informacji, ale teraz wiemy na pewno, że karty, które są użyte jako Xyz Material nie tylko nie aktywują swoich efektów "leaves the field", ale w ogóle nie są traktowane jako opuszczające pole. Rozwiązuje to kwestie kart takich jak: Gladiator Beast Darius czy Miracle Fertilizer.

If a monster Special Summoned by "Relay Soul" is used as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon, then the "While it is face-up on your side of the field, you take no damage." is no longer applied. Also, since a monster on the field used as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon is not considered to leave the field, the "When it leaves the field, your opponent wins the Duel." is not applied.
