"This card is unaffected by "Venom Swamp"." is a Continuous Effect. If the effect of "Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes" is negated by "Skill Drain" etc, then it will be affected by "Venom Swamp".: Effect Monster > Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes
When "Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes" or "Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes" is destroyed by battle, removing from play the Reptile-Type monster is a cost
This card’s effect “This card is unaffected by "Venom Swamp".” means that counters will not be placed on it by "Venom Swamp". Additionally, it will not lose ATK for Venom Counters placed on it by other cards if "Venom Swamp" is in play.
