The "Special Summon this card from your Graveyard" effect is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. It does not target.: Vampire Grace
The "Special Summon this card from your Graveyard" effect cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
Paying 2000 Life Points is a cost to activate the "Special Summon this card from your Graveyard" effect.
If the "your opponent sends 1 card of that type from their Deck to the Graveyard." effect is activated, the card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap) is declared when the effect is activated.
The "If you control a FIRE monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand)." of "Goka, the Pyre of Malice" is considered to be the effect of an Effect Monster that doesn't start a Chain Link.
