"Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" can be used as a "Photon" Monster when used as a Fusion Material Monster for "Twin Photon Lizard".
If during the effect's resolution one of the Fusion Material Monsters is removed from the Graveyard, the other Fusion Material Monster is not Special Summoned.
