This monsters TCG name is most likely a mistranslation, mistaking the kanji for magical, Ma, for the kanji of Fiend/Demon.
This would make more sense, as this card is a Warrior in spite of its name and there is nothing sinister about the artwork.
That being said, the Warrior type does clash with the card’s OCG name Magical Gigacyber, which would make Spellcaster as a typing more accurate.

Prohibition: "Gate Guardian" declared by "Prohibiton" cannot be Special Summoned from your hand.
Solemn Judgment: "Solemn Judgment" can negate the Special Summon of a monster that is Special Summoned through its own inherent Special Summon effect that does not start a Chain, like "The Fiend Megacyber" .
