This card's artwork is based on the biblical story, Noah's Ark. 10 months after the flood began, Noah sent out a raven and then a dove to find land. The dove returned with a fresh olive leaf (or, in some versions, an olive branch) in her beak.
It may also reference C.S. Lewis' story, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, where a retired star (taking the appearance of an old man) regains some of his youth every morning by eating a fire-berry brought to him in the beak of a large white bird.

If “Supremacy Berry” is sent to the Graveyard with “Destiny Hero – Diamond Dude,” nothing happens, since “Supremacy Berry” was not ‘activated’.
OCG Rulings
If you activate "Supremacy Berry" when your Life Points are lower than your opponent's and "Mystical Refpanel" is chained, then the effect of "Supremacy Berry" increases your opponent's Life Points.: When "Mystical Refpanel" is chained to "Supremacy Berry", does the opponent's Life Points increase?
"Supremacy Berry" cannot be activated while both player's Life Points are equal.: Can "Supremacy Berry" be activated while both player's Life Points are equal?
