This card is an upgraded form of Cocoon of Evolution.
Despite the fact that this card is called Cocoon of Ultra Evolution, the larval form of the moth is actually undergoing the process of metamorphosis, however some insects undergo " in which they have some markedly differing forms of their larval stage. The Petite Moth creature chain is a surprisingly good example of that with Petite Moth and Larval Moth being noticeably different in appearance, with that being said the name Cocoon of Hypermetamorphosis" would make for a more accurate name for this card.
