Supay is the God of the Underworld in the Inca Mythology. During the Spanish Viceroyalty, Supay was the name used by the priests to refer to the Christian Devil.
This card resembles the mask used in the Diablada, an allegoric dance in the Andean countries, that represents the fight between Demons and Angels, in which Supay was the main Demon.
This card is the only initial member of the Inca series not to be used by Rex Goodwin in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime.
The monster appears as a staff in the artwork of Supay, Duskwalker.

Doubling the ATK and setting the condition to return the monster during the End Phase are both part of the resolution of "Supay's" Trigger Effect.: Absolute Powerforce - Card Rulings (Version 1.0)
The effect of "Supay" activates even if destroyed during the Damage Step.: Absolute Powerforce - Card Rulings (Version 1.0)
Call of the Reaper: It targets either "Supay" or "Fire Ant Ascator".
Oracle of the Sun: The effect to add "Fire Ant Ascator" or "Supay" to your hand activates even during the Damage Step.
Oracle of the Sun: If the ATK of "Oracle of the Sun" is being doubled by "Supay" and "Skill Drain" is activated, the ATK remains doubled.
Oracle of the Sun: When you Special Summon "Oracle of the Sun" with the effect of "Supay" it is Special Summoned with 2000 ATK. Then you apply any bonuses from Field Spells or Continuous Effects.
OCG Rulings
The effect of "Supay" which doubles the ATK of "Oracle of the Sun" and destroys it during the End Phase is resolved as the same effect which Special Summons "Oracle of the Sun".: Effect Monster > Supay
The effect of "Supay" will activate even if it is sent to the Graveyard during the Damage Step.
Call of the Reaper: The effect of "Call of the Reaper" targets one "Supay" or one "Fire Ant Ascator" in your Graveyard.: Trap Card > Call of the Reaper
Oracle of the Sun: The effect of "Oracle of the Sun" which adds "Supay" or "Fire Ant Ascator" to your hand will activate even if "Oracle of the Sun" on the field is destroyed during the Damage Step.: Effect Monster > Oracle of the Sun
Oracle of the Sun: If "Oracle of the Sun" is Special Summoned by the effect of "Fire Ant Ascator", then during the End Phase "Oracle of the Sun" is sent to the Graveyard. This is not the same as "destroying" it, so the effect which adds "Supay" or "Fire Ant Ascator" to your hand will not activate.
Fire Ant Ascator: The effect of "Fire Ant Ascator" only negates effects which are applied while the monster is face-up on the field and effects which activate on the field. Thus, if "Oracle of the Sun" is Special Summoned by the effect of "Fire Ant Ascator" and is destroyed, then its effect to add "Supay" or "Fire Ant Ascator" to your hand will activate and will not be negated.: If "Fire Ant Ascator" Special Summons a monster like "Oracle of the Sun", then is its effect which activates in the Graveyard negated?
