This card targets the Synchro Monster.: Starstrike Blast Sneak Peek -- Card Rulings (Version 1.0)
The Level of the Token will be the Level of the Synchro Monster along with any modifications rather than the original Level.
If the target monster is flipped face-down in a Chain with this card, you’ll still Special Summon the Token but its Level will not change. If the target monster is flipped face-down later, the Level of the Token doesn’t change.
You can activate this card even when a Synchro Monster Special Summoned by Monster Reborn or Starlight Road.
