This card can either become a weaker version of Jinzo or a stronger version of Spell Canceller.
Interestingly, this card's ATK is 100 points higher than the half the combined ATK of both Jinzo and Spell Canceller.
It's possible the three monsters represent one of the three worlds. Sky Scourge Invicil represents Earth, Sky Scourge Enrise represents Heaven and Sky Scourge Norleras represents Hell.
This card is the only Sky Scourge monster who does not emulate the power of any existing Chaos Monster.

OCG Rulings
Suppose you Tribute "Sky Scourge Invicil" and a LIGHT Fairy-Type monster to Tribute Summon "The Tyrant Neptune". If you have "The Tyrant Neptune" gain the effect of "Sky Scourge Invicil", then the "● LIGHT Fairy-Type monster:" effect of "Sky Scourge Invicil" is not applied.: Is the effect of "Sky Scourge Invicil" applied if "The Tyrant Neptune" gains it?
"Sky Scourge Invicil" cannot negate the effects of Spell or Trap Cards like "Supervise" or "Damage Diet" that are activate in the Graveyard
If you Tribute Set this card by Tributing one of the appropriate monsters, it will not gain an effect.
This card does not negate the effects of Spell or Traps that are activated in the Graveyard.
