The Japanese name for this card is Thunder Bottle 「サンダー・ボトルSandā Botoru where as the Japanese name for Raigeki is Thunder Bolt 「サンダー・ボルトSandā Boruto. The only difference is the order of the last two characters.
This card mirrors Shard of Greed, in that both cards are Continuous Cards that use Counters to replicate the effects of cards that are Forbidden in the Advanced Format.
This card may be a reference to Baghdad Batteries.
This card's name and picture may be a pun of Catching Lightning in a Bottle, as the card literally shows Raigeki going into the bottle.
This card's name and artwork are similar to those of Thunder Pot.
