Even if a Counter Trap Card like "Magic Jammer" is targeted by this card, it cannot be Chained.

If the opponent activates "Night Beam", cards other than the targeted card can be Chained. Also, if a card other than the targeted card is activated, the card targeted by "Night Beam" can be activated later on in the Chain.: If the opponent activates "Night Beam", can you Chain a card other than the targeted card? Also, if this is possible, can the card targeted by "Night Beam" be activated later on in the Chain?
