This is a Wyrm-type Fusion counterpart to Muddy Mudragon.
Its also a fusion counterpart to King of the Swamp and Beastking of the Swamps, as they are swamp themed Water Attribute monsters.
Ironically, they cannot be used as Fusion Materials for this card's Summon as they have the same Type.
Baby Mudragon is a younger version of this card as well as Muddy Mudragon.
This card is the first Wyrm Fusion Monster to be released.
The ドロゴン part of this card's Japanese name is a portmanteau, combining ドロ (泥; doro; mud) and ドラゴン (doragon; dragon).
