"Monoceros" is a Special Summon monster: Effect Monster > Monoceros: Can "Monoceros" be Special Summoned by the effect of "Rescue Cat"?, so it cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck by the effect of "Rescue Cat". Also, if "Monoceros" is sent to the Graveyard after having been Special Summoned properly as per its text, then you can Special Summon "Monoceros" from the Graveyard by another card's effect.
