This card is based off one of the Heavenly Archangels, the Archangel Michael. Michael is known to lend strength to overcome a difficult challenge, which is reflected by the card's effect - the greater the challenge (more LP), the more strength is lent (greater LP reduction).
This card is the only Timelord with no limbs, having wings instead.
Compared to the anime version, this card just halves your opponent LP without inflicting damage at all. Therefore, it is the only Timelord whose unique effect was improved in the OCG/TCG, while the others' had their's weakened. The only real disadvantage is that you cannot combo this card with cards like Dark Room of Nightmare in the OCG/TCG.
The face on this monster looks similar to characters from the anime Saint Seiya and perhaps Jesse Anderson.
