In Egyptian mythology, Ma'at was the goddess of order, justice, and truth, representing the harmony of the universe. She is best known for her role in the judging of souls. In this, the Feather of Ma'at would be placed on a scale and weighed against the heart of the person to be judged. If the heart was not weighed down by sin, it could progress into the afterlife; if it was, the demon Ammit would devour it. Winged Kuriboh and Light and Darkness Dragon, this card's Fusion Material Monsters, both had the Feather of Ma'at within them at some point in time.
Like Neos Wiseman, this card was a Fusion Monster in the anime/manga and turned into an Effect Monster in the TCG/OCG.
While not a Fusion Monster in the TCG/OCG, its Summoning Conditions are similar, just not as strict.
Like Holactie the Creator of Light, this monster is not a Fusion Monster.
