OCG Rulings
"Junk Synchron" targets a monster in the Graveyard.: Effect Monster > Junk Synchron
If the monster is flipped face-down, its effects are no longer negated when it is flipped face-up.: When a monster Summoned by "Junk Synchron" is flipped face-down, is its effect applied?
Suppose that "Hand of Nephthys" is Special Summoned by the effect of "Junk Synchron" and has its effect negated. If you activate the effect of "Hand of Nephthys", then the effect was activated on the field and is still negated, even though "Hand of Nephthys" left the field when you activated the effect.: Is the effect of a "Hand of Nephthys" Special Summoned by "Junk Synchron" negated if it leaves the field?
"Junk Synchron" only negates effects that activate on the field. It will not negate the effects of "Nimble Momonga" (which activates in the Graveyard) and "D.D. Scout Plane" (which activates in the Removed Zone).: When Summoned by "Junk Synchron", when a monster is sent to the Graveyard/Removed Zone and the monster's effect activate there, is the effect negated?
When "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" or "Phantom of Chaos" has its name changed to "Junk Synchron", and then becomes a Tuner monster with "Lightwave Tuning", you can use it as a Synchro Material Monster for "Junk Warrior
If the monster Special Summoned by "Junk Synchron" is flipped face-down and then face-up, its effects are no longer negated.
If you Special Summon "Nimble Momonga", its effect will activate when it is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard. If you Special Summon "D.D. Scout Plane", its effect will activate when it is removed from play.
If you Special Summon "The Calculator" with "Junk Synchron", you can activate "Inferno Reckless Summon" because "The Calculator's" effect is negated and its ATK is 0.
If you Special Summon "Hand of Nephthys" with "Junk Synchron's" effect, when you activate "Hand of Nephthys" effect it will be negated, even if you Tribute "Junk Synchron" to activate the effect.
