OCG Rulings
This card activates during the Damage Step: Spell Card > Inferno Tempest
You and your opponent can check each other's Decks at resolution.
If you take 3000+ Battle Damage when a monster is destroyed by battle, then the destroyed monster is not removed from play.
If you attack "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" with "Ojama Green" or some other 0 ATK monster, you can activate "Inferno Tempest" after damage calculation. Then "Ojama Green" is sent to the Graveyard after "Inferno Tempest" resolves.
