This means that when it is Summoned, the turn player does not have Priority to activate an Ignition Effect.: Hushed Psychic Cleric vs. Torrential TributeThis is no longer correct due to the removal of Ignition Effect priority. Ignition Effects cannot be activated in the Summon response window.
