This card is one of the first cards/effects to have a name-based activation restriction on itself, preventing the user from activating the card or effect more than once in a given turn between any copies of the card, long before that style of restriction became a common occurrence.
Interestingly, the woman in the card’s artwork doesn’t have her exposed skin covered up or censored in the TCG release, making it one of the few cards to slip past censorship.
This is one of the few, if not the only, cards in the game that quite literally cannot function or be used at one copy. While some monsters, like Destiny HERO - Malicious and Reborn Tengu for example, activate their effects when used in multiples, they can still be played as just monsters, while this card cannot even activate if you don't have another copy of it in your deck.
