Placing this card on top of a Rank 5 WATER Xyz Monster is treated as properly Xyz Summoning this card.

The "This card gains 500 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it." effect is a Continuous Effect.

The "If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead." effect is a Continuous Effect. It can also be applied during the Damage Step.

The "all face-up monsters your opponent controls have their effects negated until the end of this turn." is an Ignition Effect. Detaching 1 Xyz Material from this card is a cost to activate this effect.

If "Dandylion" whose effect was negated by "Full Armored Crystalzero Lancer" is sent to the Graveyard, its effect is resolved normally.
