Card Trivia

This monster is the cover card for Dark Crisis.
The ATK of this card is equal to the combined ATK of the Forbidden One monsters.
Although it remains a Spellcaster, this can be considered an undead or Zombie version of Exodia.
Nekrós (νεκρός) translates to dead (adjective) or corpse (noun) in Greek.
It also requires all Forbidden One monsters to be in the Graveyard.
Several Zombie counterparts have 0 DEF, similar to this card.
This card's artwork is taken from , specifically from the panel showing Exodia the Forbidden One completely Summoned.
While this card is just an Effect Monster in the real card game, its anime counterpart was a Ritual Monster. The anime version of this card also had different effects compared to the card version in real life, resulting in the real card version being weaker/more restricted than its anime counterpart.
