Divine Wrath:" You can activate "Divine Wrath" to negate an effect that activates in the Graveyard, such as "Electric Snake" .
Drop Off:" The card discarded by the effect of "Drop Off" is considered to be discarded from your hand, not your Deck. If "Electric Snake"is the card discarded, its effect will activate.
