This card is an improved version of Dark Magician, as well as probably the intermedial age between Dark Magician and Dark Sage.
Oddly enough, this card include the Kanji 執行官 which can be translated to executor, but also the furigana エクスキューショナー which is a transcription for executioner.
This is the only advanced form of Dark Magician (in terms of Level, Type, ATK and DEF) that was never used by Yugi Muto.

OCG Rulings
If the activation of a Spell Card is negated - such as with "Magic Jammer" - while "Dark Eradicator Warlock" is face-up on the field, then the effect of "Dark Eradicator Warlock
If a Normal Spell Card's activation is negated (by "Magic Jammer" etc.), then no damage is dealt by "Dark Eradicator Warlock".
